As part of the Ding Yi Chinese Chamber Music Festival 2019.
Silk and Bamboo Music is a traditional folk music genre popular in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces in China. This talk will discuss the development of this traditional music genre and also the formation of the family music group, Tang Family Music Ensemble.
Free admission and will be conducted in Mandarin.

江南丝竹是中国民间传统器乐丝竹乐的一种，流行于江苏南部和浙江一带。汤良兴一家六兄弟姐妹均是专业演奏家，他们成立的 “汤家班” ，在上海各区演出，享负盛名。
讲座将讲述江南丝竹的历史、发展以及汤家班江南丝竹的奏特色。
讲座是免费入场，以华语进行。
